I called the office and spoke to the front desk to schedule an appointment. I was told they are booked for a few weeks out, but can be put on a cancellation list. They were great enough to call me within 2 days for an appointment. I saw Sarah Esposito and she was very knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my condition. She’s very attentive and knowledgeable. She prescribed me two creams to deal with hormonal cystic acne, and wanted to see me in two months. After the two months, my acne improved but she asked “Okay your acne improved, BUT, are you happy?”. Other doctors would've just said “good enough”, but she actually cares. Dr. Lainey Ortiz ROCKS!
